Mountain woods CVSB CHEESE/VEGGIE SLICER BOARD Review

This is much better then the wire cheese cutters, I have bought several of those and they break too easy. While there is a bit of a learning curve with this slicer, I had trouble slicing a 2 lb block of cheese that was 4 inches thick, but I think it would work fine with a 1 lb block of cheese. I have carpal tunnel on both sides, so it hurts when I slice cheese by hand with a regular knife. I'm a bit picky and prefer to eat Tilamook medium chedder and I usually eat a pound of cheese every week. The best part of using this cheese slicer board was No Pain! I was able to slice cheese for my evening snack, and the built in slicer is sharp enough and the minimal pressure required to slice was very easy on my wrists.
